Microfeed TS

Tatham has upgraded the Microfeed 2000 to offer a more accurate cost effective solution to weight control based on the latest TS Technology.

The principle remains the same with the fibre passing over a specially designed weighing device to monitor the fibre weight.  The system then controls the delivery of fibre by adjusting the input roller speed according to any variations in fibre density.

• Chute Control – to improve accuracy of the target weight by controlling the spiked lattice relatively to the chute level

• Finished Product Predictor – simply input the required finished product and let the intelligent system automatically adjust the settings to achieve the target weight.
