The TS Drive System is the most advanced product on the market for Synchronous Drive applications.  The system provides superior performance and speed regulation.  TS System briefly comprises:-

• Motors – System designed with standard 4 pole motors.  Available off the shelf offering low cost and ease of maintenance comparative to DC motors
• Drives – TS system uses the latest high performance AC dynamic drives for constant torque even at low speed.  The range of drives defines ease of use with large display in plain text words.
• PLC – TS system is offered with the latest high speed PLC
• Outstanding performance – Excellent motor control alogorithm provides precise torque performance and speed regulation, offering complete synchronization without any feed back devices.  Significant productivity improvements can be achieved relative to a DC drive system
• Simple Controls – The operator friendly TFT touchscreen and high performance dynamic drive units display allows users to easily navigate through customized menus.
• Full Diagnostic package- .  Integrated Modbus® and CanOpen protocols assure integration into any device level network.  The comprehensive diagnostic system allows configuration and monitoring of the TS System.  If upgraded with an Ethernet option it possible for the system to be monitored worldwide by our trained engineers or from our dedicated service facility in Bradford, UK.
• Protection at all levels – Drive features include thermal protection, power removal safety function (EN954-1 category 4 safety level).  Operator Screen features ‘Help’ screens, Higher level user area (password protected) and Text message alerts to on-site engineers. 
• Expandable – The simple addition of I/O, communication cards and programmable controller cards make the system highly adaptable and connectable to other TS products.
• Latest technology – features the latest component technology including TESYS Model:U which replace the traditional contactor and overload devices.  These are a simply ‘plug-in’ device so if a fault occurs they can be replaced by non-technical personnel or tools.
• Maintenance - The TS system is designed to be simple to maintain.
• Energy efficient design – The TS Drive System is designed to run the motors at their optimum performance levels enabling a considerable energy saving in the region of 30%.
