Remote Internet Diagnostic Support is a feature that enables Tatham to access any TS drive system or TS Microsystem remotely anywhere in the world. By applying an Ethernet option Tatham can communicate with the system to assist with fault finding and upgrade the system with any new software releases.
Information can be displayed in mill office as well as on the factory floor. It is a simple, cost effective solution which can be retro-fitted to any TS system.
