July 2008 - Tatham’s latest innovations include TS drives for Nonwoven needle punch lines and TS weigh control systems.

Specialising  in manufacturing and electrical engineering, Tatham Ltd provides customers with all engineering needs, from design to complete integrated systems, testing to installation and commissioning to engineering support.

It's been a busy time here at Tatham over the last few months. We've just ended our financial year and achieved some notable successes:

• Delivered our largest order to date for a TS drive system consisting of 46 inverter drives to China
• Commissioned a record number of TS Weigh Control Systems including 9 Microweighs in one woollen mill.
• Increased number of upgrade orders for weigh control and Crosslapper systems
• Increased number of enquiries for new drive and control equipment

                                                                 This year has got off to a great start with a sizeable new  order already received from a leading paper fabric mill in India.

With energy prices soaring we are hopeful on converting many new enquiries for our energy saving TS Drives into firm orders.

Our marketing department has also been very busy. We exhibited at Techtextil in Atlanta and Index08 in Geneva. Both generated a great deal of interest especially for upgrading existing machines with new technology to control weight variation and also our new Crosslapper control system.

We will continue this theme at forthcoming exhibitions in Europe and USA later this year, further information to follow.

To cope with the increased interest in Tatham TS technology, we've employed a new marketing manager, Kamran Mahroof.
