TS Series Weigh Control Systems
The continued development of the 2000 range of weigh systems has led to the launch of the TS, the latest in Control Technology. The range of TS weigh control systems are the most advanced available for monitoring and controlling the fibre delivery from a hopper to produce an accurate and uniform material feed to the Carding Machine.

The TS range are offered as retrofit systems for application to existing Hopper Feeds, improving machine performance in terms of web regularity and product quality.

It is also possible to upgrade all existing Weigh systems to the latest technology for a minimum investment.

TS Drive Systems
Tatham recently launched the latest technology TS Drive System. The new system offers performance and reliability unparalleled throughout the industry. A combination of leading edge design and operational performance offer the most accurate and efficient method of running a textile processing line.

Remote diagnostic support available as an upgrade to all TS systems.

Applications include Carding Machines, Spinning & Twisting Frames, Blending lines including bin emptiers, oilers and balers.

Intermediate Feed
An innovative approach to collect the sliver, transport and present it to the Carder more effectively. Various new features have been incorporated to reduce machine downtime and maintenance including a AC variable speed drive to Cross-Feed.

Condenser
Either as an integral part of a new Woollen set or as part of a modernisation program all Tatham condensers are manufactured to the highest engineering standards essential in achieving and maintaining the optimum yarn quality and regularity at high speeds.

Free Standing Creel
A new design to increase the length of roving on the condenser spool to enable the card and subsequent spinning machine to run longer between creel changes, increasing overall efficiency. Reduced doffing time due to an easy offloading position.

Fibre feeding systems
A wide range of fibre feeding systems is offered to improve overall performance of carding and blending units.

Slubbing Supervisor ‘Rovingtex’
An effective solution for real time monitoring of condenser slubbing. Monitor only or use as a ‘Closed Loop’ Control by linking with any TS system. Simple operator screens and low maintenance requirements.
